Dr. Charles G. Marchese

Dr. Charles Marchese completed his surgical training at New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, NY in 1989 in forefoot reconstruction and diabetic foot care. He is board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Diplomate of the American Board of Foot Surgery, and a Fellow of Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Marchese is a graduate of New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Foot Clinics of New York.

Dr. Marchese is a Fellow American Academy Physicians in Wound Care (FAPWH), member of the Limb Preservation Society, and an Associate of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists (ACCWS). He is a Healogics certified wound care specialist.

Dr. Marchese is in private practice since 1989.  He started in offices in Brooklyn on Avenue U and Staten Island because it was in the neighborhood he was born in, and it allowed him to develop the type of family practice he wanted.

Dr. Marchese is now exclusively in Manalapan, NJ where he has raised his 5 children and now his grandchildren.

Dr. Marchese has a special interest in diabetic foot care and wound care. He has made national scientific presentations in the topic of advanced wound care and limb salvage and preservation. He has served as a key opinion leader for pharmaceutical companies and speaks on their behalf on the topic of wound care and limb preservation.
